[Flow-tools] flow-viewer.cgi -> not parsing second directory

Hey!,

It's been hard trying to find answers in IRC (freenode) for
flow-tools... so i came here to the list :)

I'm running 0.68 and I have two directories with incomming
netflow's /var/flow/Core6509/ and /var/flow/FwRac6509/ each switch is
setup exactly the same (minus ip address) and each directory looks fine
with a flow-cat <dir> | flow-report.

However, when using the flow-viewer.cgi I can _only_ view reports
originally exported to the Core6509 directory. I can copy reports from
the Core6509 directory into the FwRac6509 directory and the copied
reports (and only the copied reports) will be parsed by the .cgi ...
