[Flow-tools] Segmentation Fault // FlowExport launch by PHP

I have had similar issues in the past where PHP on the command line 
worked fine after bumping up the max_execution_time in the php.ini file, 
but was bit by hard limits in Apache. I had to do a little research for 
my version of Apache to file it in the source code and recompile.
