This shouldn't work because it's not a compressed flow-file, it's a
gzipped flow-file. Flow-cat will not understand it.

There are some misalignmnent in the file - at some point your data got
offset by couple of bytes, which effectively turned it into gibberish.
I'd recommend checking your system for memory errors...
