I'll try to give this a shot here, but I'm on Fedora.

I haven't really tested 0.68.1 with Cflow, because I have not much to
do with it. I tried to update flow-tools build system to be able to no
longer ship static library libft.a, but build libft.so instead and
link all flow-tools against that lib.
I also provide pyflowtools which also links dynamically against
libft.so. Probably I also need to update Cflow in the same manner.
