You'd better off using flow-tools debian package from the debian
repository. However, if you absolutely feel like compiling it by hand,
you can use
http://flow-tools.googlecode.com/files/flow-tools-0.68.2-rc5.tar.bz2

(or wait till the end of the week when I'll release flow-tools 0.68.2)
