[Flow-tools] 0.68.2-rc2 is out there

I did "cp ftpaths.h ftpaths.h.in" and the make proceeded normally on
my NetBSD 3.1 box.  Didn't do a full test, but the basic stuff like
flow-cat, flow-stat, flow-print, flow-header, etc. looked OK.

ftpaths.h.in does not appear anywhere in the 0.68.2-rc2 tarball tarball.
