[Flow-tools] Graphing "lost" flows

I'm looking for suggestions on how to graph lost flows reported by
flow-capture or from the flow files themselves.

I know I can get the number of lost flows using flow-header. Is there a way
to use flow-report and flow-rpt2rrd to graph the same information ?
