[Flow-tools] pyflowtools - python interfaces to flow-tools forked

Ok, I have another announcement to make.

Here http://code.google.com/p/pyflowtools/ I am putting together a new
release of pyflowtools package. Unlike the previous release 0.3.1,
which was a bugfix, this will be enhancement release.

And the enhancements are: ability to parse raw flow PDUs and ability
to write flow streams in flow-tools format.

Please take a look and say if you think I need to address any specific
issue.
