[Flow-tools] stat.cfg not found

Hey guys,

I've compiled the new flow-tools 0.68.1 with ./configure --prefix=/usr

But when I run flow-report, I get this err:

flow-report: open(${prefix}/etc/cfg/stat.cfg): No such file or directory
flow-report: ftstat_load(): failed

But /usr/etc/cfg/stat.cfg is present, and I've even tried symlinking
it to various other places with no luck. Is there some shell
environment that I need to fix? I've previously had ft installed from
Debian repos.
