[Flow-tools] flowtools is NOT 64-bit aware!

As I said multiple times in this list, whilst maintaining flow-tools
package for Fedora I made all nesessary adjustments to make in 64bit
aware and modern gcc-ready.

flow-tools*.src.rpm. From Fedora.
